Any personal details collected during registration for hosting will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or distributed without your prior consent. All details are kept offline, away from annoying spiders, bots and other prying eyes.
Terms of ServiceUpon signup and payment, you will be sent a paypal subscription to a hosting plan of your choice. The first month will be free, then payment will be automatically deducted from your paypal account around the 1st of each month thereafter.
If your subscription is cancelled, or for some reason is not paid, you will have 1 month to either notify me, or update your subscription before your site becomes deactivated. The site will be reactivated only upon payment of outstanding fees.
If you wish to move your site to another host or server, thereby cancelling your subscription, I require it in writing, by email, at least 1 week prior to the cancellation. If you do not notify me, and your subscription has not been cancelled by you, any payments which have been made will be non-refundable.
Any problems you may have with your hosting will be dealt with as soon as is possible, but it is your responsibility to backup your website and (if applicable) databases and web-mail contents (if applicable).
