Can you register a domain for me?

Yes, as long as that domain name is available. The cost is $19.99 for 1 year registration, $39.99 for 2 years or $95.00 for 5 years, payable by Paypal..
Do you have Front-Page extensions?

Yes, we do offer Front Page extensions as an extra option when you open your account. The cost is $5.00 setup. If you want to remove and/or add Front
Page extensions to your account after you have already opened the account, just ask. But please think it through before enabling Front Page. Once it's there, it's very hard to fully remove and will take up a huge amount of your disk space. Just something to ponder.
What is Bandwidth?

Bandwidth is the amount of data moved between your site and the browsers of the customer's accessing your site. It is
typically measured in Gigabits.
Can I get unlimited bandwidth?
------------------------------------------------
No. We do not offer packages with unlimited bandwidth primarily because there is no such thing. Any one that promises
that is not telling the truth. Somewhere in their terms and conditions are probably some words referring to "excessive
use of resources", and in effect these place some arbitrary limit on your bandwidth. We set limits to both protect you and to
provide you with a reliable service.
I want to change my account plan. How do I upgrade / downgrade my account?

To upgrade or downgrade your account or plan, or other services you'd like changed, just ask. You may grow at whatever pace you like. All options can be added or removed at any time.
How soon will my account be set up and ready to use?
------------------------------------------------
Your account will be setup within 1 day or less in most cases. You will receive an email with your account information, IP
address, user name and password. You can then start uploading your site. However, if you registered a domain name, it may take a few days to become active around the internet. You will be able to use your website, but will be given a temporary address until your site becomes fully active.
Do you allow adult, warez or other illicit sites or content?

No. Please use your discretion when uploading content for your site. Porn, warez or illegal content will result in your account being terminated, without refund. There is also the spam issue. If you are caught spamming from your account, you will be terminated immediately, without refund.
Can I pay with Paypal?
------------------------------------------------
